Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When “courier charges to and fro” are deducted, it means the total cost of shipping an item from the seller to the buyer (forward) and returning it back to the seller (Return to Origin – RTO) is subtracted from the refund amount.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

If you’ve completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at Customercare@bagiani.com and send your item to: BAGIANI Co, SCO 43, SECTOR 42C, CHANDIGARH.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Customercare@bagiani.com.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For expensive returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
