This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Faulty zippers, stitching, or hardware under normal use

This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or accidents
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, stains, or fading

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bagiani backpack. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 2-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for returns:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
